All payments on our website are processed through third party payment gateways namely Razorpay and Shopify Payments. Your card, UPI, and net banking details are encrypted and handled directly by our payment partner in line with industry security standards (PCI-DSS compliance). Prakrit Living does not store your payment information on its own systems.

6. Marketing Communications

If you sign up for our newsletter, create an account, or opt in at checkout, we may send you emails or SMS/WhatsApp messages about new arrivals, artisan stories, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by:

Even after opting out of marketing, we will continue to send you essential, non-promotional communications related to your orders and account.
